		<description>Glad you found the post of interest.  I, personally, am able to rank leads manually because my practice is not a high volume business.  As for what I have seen used by employers and clients, it has ranged from a manual process to SPSS and SAS to some of the newer offerings tied to CRM packages or even Enterprise Marketing Management packages like Aprimo or others.  It depends on so many factors - volume, resources and experience being key.</description>
