There’s no better way to build a business than to speak with your customers – potential, current and past.
That’s why I was impressed by Best Buy’s IDEA Xchange.?? (Read the announcement post here at Best Buy Idea X Blog).
But unfortunately that’s the most recent post (unless I am missing something, and God knows, I am capable of missing things) and that blog is supposed to be where the customers can follow along and see Best Buy’s reactions

Not a good sign for a very good idea…people won’t keep making suggestions if they get ignored.
