- Mobile coupons get 10 times the redemption rate of traditional coupons (Borrell Associates)
- Mobile ad spend worldwide is predicted to be $3.3 billion in 2011 and $20.6 billion in 2015 (mobiThinking)
(Now, the last bullet point doesn’t carry a lot of weight for me – it’s possible that the increase in spending is nothing more than “…well, they’re doing it so I better do it too…” But I listed it because some people find that kind of factoid of value.)
But here’s something you need to remember – your website and your emails are being read on smartphones. Are they designed to be read on smartphones?
