Designed for businesses with marketing and sales staff, this workshop is delivered in a 2+1 day format – with 2-days focused on guiding your leadership team through a proven process for developing an effective marketing and sales action plan PLUS a follow-up day to evaluate and modify the plan for even greater results.

How it works

Before your first session you will receive your training materials along with an agenda and action items outlining what you need to do to prepare for your 2-day session.

Over the course of the first 2-day session, your leadership team is guided through a proven process that identifies goals, objectives, strategies and tactics.  This highly collaborative process clearly defines roles and responsibilities that increase your ability to consistently deliver a unique, valuable ‘Wow’ experience for your clients.

At the end of the 2-day session, your team will receive some assignments that further strengthen the action plan – and, during the 1-day follow-up session, your team is guided through a process that improves your plan even further.

During this process, I am your personal marketing coach – providing unlimited email and telephone support in order to answer questions and provide further guidance in order to ensure the development and implementation of your marketing action plan.
