After all, processes change. So make sure those leads are really getting into the CRM.
Products and services come and go, and even morph into something new and different. So make sure the descriptions are still accurate on the collateral you created last summer.
You have changes in staff, new business offices that aren’t listed…well you get the picture.
A great many companies create a promotional piece and don’t revisit it until it’s time to reprint (offline), or until someone catches something online. And when changes are made ‘as they are identified’, the consistency of the message can be lost because the change is written in one way today, another way tomorrow.
But remember one more important thing – update the training materials and employee communications. Make sure they know everything because there’s nothing worse than having your key audiences know more that your employees!
